GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – Seniors
Charlie Croxford and
Miles McDowall were named to the 2019 Horizon League Tennis All-Academic Team,
as announced by the Horizon League on Tuesday. A total of 13 student-athletes, seven men and six women, were honored in balloting by the League's faculty athletics representatives.
To be eligible for nomination, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.20 or higher on a 4.00 scale and have completed one full year at their institution, having earned 24 semester-hour credits.

Croxford hails from London, England and carries as 3.531 grade-point-average while majoring in Chemistry. This season, he has been selected as a Horizon League Doubles Player of the Week as a member of the Green Bay no. 3 doubles team that is currently undefeated in conference play (4-0).

McDowall, a native of Winchester, England, holds a grade-point-average of 3.841 as a Business Administration major. He is a one-time Horizon League Singles Player of the Week this season and has also shown skill as the only Phoenix to play in every singles position.
