On Tuesday, April 18, the Green Bay Phoenix Athletics Department and the Green Bay Packers will partner again to host the 17th Annual Phoenix Packers Steak Fry presented by Prevea Health at the Lambeau Field Atrium beginning at 5 p.m.
The annual joint venture between Green Bay's most legendary teams – the Green Bay Packers and the Green Bay Phoenix – supports the Phoenix Fund, the principal fund for student-athlete scholarships and program support at UW-Green Bay. Over the past 16 years, the proceeds from this event have yielded over $1.2 million, including a record $230,000 in 2016.
This year's event will be held on the Lambeau Field Atrium Floor and will include a meet and greet with players and staff from all 16 Phoenix teams plus select Green Bay Packers players and alumni.
Green Bay Athletics is excited to announce an impressive slate of live auction items including:
1. Packers Suite Dinner with the Gravedigger
• Enjoy a memorable dinner for eight (8) guests plus Packers great Gilbert Brown
• Four course meal prepared by the Delaware North culinary team, led by executive Chef Heath Barbato
• Light hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, beer and wine
• Hosted in the Delaware North Suite at Lambeau Field on a mutually agreed upon date

In addition to the live auction, a limited ticket Final Four Phoenix Fly Away raffle will be held. Only 400 tickets are being sold for $100 each and feature a grand prize trip for four to the 2018 NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four in San Antonio, Texas including game tickets, private plane travel and lodging (2 rooms). There will also be incredible items as part of the raffle and silent auctions. Raffle tickets will be sold one for $20 or three for $50 for a chance to win one of three items including a YETI Cooler stocked with Bud Light, a Braven XXL wireless Bluetooth boom box and a Lodge Kohler package including a stay, dinner and spa. The silent auction will feature a wide selection of items geared toward sports fans including a framed Brett Favre autographed Hall of Fame program, Jordy Nelson autographed framed jersey and an Aaron Rodgers autographed helmet.
The doors will open at 5 p.m. with the traditional steak fry buffet at 6:15 p.m. followed by a program celebrating the success of our nearly 250 student-athletes. Attendees will enjoy highlight videos, a live auction and many Green Bay Phoenix game-day experiences such as the parachute toss, t-shirt giveaways and much more. Attendees are encouraged to wear Phoenix gear to honor our student-athletes and their many accomplishments during the 2016-2017 seasons. The event will feature a traditional steak fry buffet thanks to our food partners Melotte Distributing, Festival Foods, The Bar, Reinhardt Foods, Delaware North and Bonewerks Culinarte. The event will also feature an open bar thanks to The Bar.
