QUICK HITS
FINAL 10
Green Bay is one of only 10 teams out of the 353 Division I teams in the NCAA to still be playing basketball this season, with four going to the NCAA Final Four and two left in the NIT, two left in the CIT and two left in the CBI. With GB playing its 37th game on Tuesday night, that will mark the most games ever played in any season in program history, besting the previous mark of 36. This will also be the first time GB has ever played a game in the month of April, extending its program-record season already in play. This year's team became the first ever to win multiple games in the postseason, and will now aim for its fourth postseason victory on Tuesday night, which is more than the entire program had combined in the D1 era up to this point.

CIT SUCCESS
Green Bay has simply dominated offensively in its four games of the CIT, averaging 91.8 PPG and shooting over 52 percent from the field and making 10 3-pointers a game, while enjoying a +13.5 scoring margin. GB has scored 80 or more points in all four CIT games and has enjoyed a +6.5 rebounding margin. Thanks to an average of 20.3 assists per game in the CIT, four players are averaging in double-figures led by Sandy Cohen III with 21.8 PPG. JayQuan McCloud (16.0 PPG), Trevian Bell (13.3 PPG) and ShanQuan Hemphill (10.8 PPG) are all averaging in double-figures, with a total of eight players shooting over 50 percent from the field for the Phoenix.

COHEN'S CAREER YEAR
Thanks to an outstanding effort all season and benefiting from playing in 37 games this year, Sandy Cohen III will forever be in the record books for his senior season. Cohen has scored 653 points this year, the 4th most in a season by any GB player all-time, while also making 170 free throws (2nd most all-time), registering 176 assists (4th most all-time) and racking up 71 steals (3rd most all-time). After netting another 23 against Texas Southern, he now sits on 1,007 points. Given the fact he's only played in 59 games until now, Cohen is the first player in program history to score 1,000 career points in only 2 seasons of play.

RINGING THE BELL
Sophomore Trevian Bell poured in a career-high 21 points in Tuesday night's win over Texas Southern, having now scored in double figures in three out of his last four games, including a 13-point outing against CSU Bakersfield in the Quarterfinals. Bell scored a then career-high 15 points thanks to three made 3-pointers in the HL Quarterfinal win over UIC and has made an astonishing 20 of his last 22 free throws. He has played 20 minutes or more in six of the last seven games, after playing in a career-high 29 minutes against TSU. The sophomore has been lighting it up from beyond the arc as well lately, making multiple 3-pointers in five of his last six games.

PLAYING THE FIELD
Five of Green Bay's 11 D1 non-conference opponents made a postseason appearance, with four of those teams playing in the NCAA Tournament and two of them making it to the Sweet Sixteen after the opening weekend of the tournament. While GB only went 1-4 in those five games, its non-conference schedule ranked 11th among all D1 teams this season. GB's signature win came over a Belmont squad at home, which was the only mid-major team to an at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament this year. GB had the strongest non-conference schedule among all Horizon League teams this season.

TEAMING UP FOR THE RECORD BOOK
Linc Darner's 2018-19 team will have its name among many of the top 5 single season team record categories, including points scored, points per game, field goals made, field goals attempted, steals and made 3-pointers. In his fourth season at the helm, Darner now has four of the top five single season team scoring totals. He also has three of the top five in total steals. Check out where this year's team ranks in those categories:
Total Points: 3,020; Most all-time
Total Steals: 285; 2nd most all-time
Field Goal Attempts: 2,341; 2nd most all-time
Points Per Game: 81.6; 4th most all-time
Field Goals Made: 1,079; 2nd most all-time
3-Pointers Made: 297; Most all-time
Free Throws Made: 565; 4th most all-time
Total Rebounds: 1,363; 2nd most all-time

McCLOUD UPDATE
The team's second leading scorer on the season, JayQuan McCloud, missed the team's previous game against Texas Southern due to a family emergency. McCloud will make the trip to Huntington with the team and will be active for the championship game.

FILL OF HEMPHILL
ShanQuan Hemphill, who goes by Tank, has been one of the most consistent players for the Phoenix lately, scoring another 12 points in the CIT Second Round win over FIU, and was a rebound away from a double-double. That gave Hemphill his 26th game in double-figures this season, who ranks third on the team in scoring with 11.5 PPG. Tank is the only player on the roster to start in all 36 games this year, and with a start against Texas Southern will become the first and only player to start in 37 games in a season.
