GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- Student-athletes at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay combined to achieve a department-wide grade point average of 3.57 in the spring of 2020, marking the 41st-consecutive semester above a 3.0 GPA.
For the spring semester of 2020, 12 teams posted higher than a 3.5 GPA and a total of 15 teams finished above a 3.4 GPA.
The department was led by women's golf with a 3.96 grade point average. In addition, women's swimming and diving (3.83) and volleyball (3.80) posted marks above 3.75.
The percentage of student-athletes that received academic honors for the spring semester of 2020 (3.5 or higher) registered just over 72 percent, with a total of 157 student-athletes recognized for achieving Honors (3.5-3.749), High Honors (3.75-3.99) or the Highest Honors (4.0).

A total of 68 student-athletes boasted a perfect grade-point average of 4.0.
