INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Horizon League has revealed the student-athletes who will represent all 11 institutions and lead the #OneHL group for the 2023-24 academic year. Representing Green Bay is Betsey Walkowiak, a member of the swim and dive team. Walkowiak was selected to represent the SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) back on July 31.
Why it Matters
#OneHL is a subset of the Horizon League Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and seeks to bring about meaningful change and action to social issues across the League.
Current #OneHL initiatives include the annual
Coach John McLendon Celebration and a partnership with
Athlete Ally.
#OneHL is set to meet throughout the 2023-24 academic year via videoconference.
