INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Thursday afternoon the Horizon League announced the Women's Basketball All-Academic Teams, with Green Bay senior Sydney Levy earning a spot on the team.
 
Sydney Levy is having a career year for the Phoenix, averaging career-highs in points (11.4), rebounds (4.1), and assists (1.5). Levy is currently 15^th in the Horizon League in scoring and sixth in made three-point field goals per game (2.0). Green Bay is 19-1 in the 20 games Levy has started this season.

The Horizon League recognizes student-athletes with seasonal Academic All-League Teams in each of its 19 championship sports. To be eligible for Horizon League All-Academic consideration, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher (based on a 4.00 scale), have completed at least one year at the member institution, having earned 24 semester-hour or 36 quarter-hour credits, and participate in 50 percent of the team's overall contests. An Honorable Mention team is awarded to student-athletes who received at least 25 percent of votes but did not make the All-Academic team.
