GREEN BAY, Wis. – Just 12 days away from the Swing and Swish Golf Outing, Green Bay Men's Basketball announced this afternoon that
Nichols Paper is the event's
presenting sponsor. The Swing and Swish Golf Outing will tee off at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 17 at Wander Springs. The primary fundraising event for the Phoenix is
SOLD OUT this year with all 27 holes utilized at Wander Springs.
"Adding a title sponsor like Nichols Paper really helps us provide a great experience for everyone who attends the golf outing," said head coach Sundance Wicks. "It also helps put our best foot forward in raising the money needed to support these guys on the court, in the classroom, and in the community."
Golfers at the event will participate in giveaways, course games, be able to win prizes and enjoy entertainment, as well as meet the new Phoenix coaching staff and student-athletes.
All proceeds from the Swing and Swish Golf Outing will support the Green Bay men's basketball program and help elevate the program in numerous ways, including:
- Scholarships
- Enhanced nutrition
- Improved strength and conditioning resources
- Equipment upgrades
