INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – She's done it again! Senah Hanes has been named Horizon League Player of the Week by the Horizon League. It is the first time in program history that a player has collected back-t0-back POTW honors.
In Green Bay's lone game last week at Drake, Hanes scored GB's only goal in the 12th minute to give the Phoenix an early lead. The Green and White drew the Bulldogs 1-1 and has been unbeaten in three straight contests.
Senah leads the team in goals (4), points (8), shots (17), and shots on goal (11). Two of her goals have been the go-ahead score. Among all Horizon League women's soccer players, Hanes ranks:
-
- T-1st in goals
- 1st in game-winning goals
- T-1st in points
- 1st in shots on goal
- 4th in shots
Green Bay returns to the pitch this Thursday as the team opens conference action at Wright State. The match will be streamed on ESPN+Â Â and live stats will be available.
