INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Monday afternoon, the Horizon League announced the 2026 Under Armour #HLWSOC Preseason Poll. Green Bay was selected by the league's coaches to finish in fourth place. Milwaukee was projected to finish in first with 142 points, while NKU and Youngstown State rounded out the top three.

Green Bay finished in the No. 5 spot under first-year head coach Matt Kagan during the 2025 season, which also included the program's first-ever Horizon League Championship Game appearance. The Phoenix looks to build on that momentum in 2026, as they return their top four goal scorers (Laney Stark, Senah Hanes, Bella Brozek, and Rebecca Stoeckmann) from a year ago.

Green Bay kicks off its regular season schedule this Thursday at North Dakota State at 6 p.m.
