Stover on Prenot: "Derrick Prenot is the kind of all-around student/athlete we like to add to our team. During his years at Winona Senior High School, Derrick was very successful in learning how to properly balance his time and effort as a successful student while becoming an accomplished athlete in three sports. A three-time Minnesota High School State Meet qualifier in diving, coached by Jeremiah Jackson, Derrick has shown remarkable growth over the years, becoming one of the top high school divers in Minnesota his senior year. Given a full-time commitment to diving as a member of the Green Bay Phoenix, Derrick will have the opportunity to continue that growth by focusing specifically on his diving skill development over a full college season. Building on his already considerable academic and athletic talents, we expect Derrick to quickly become a contributing member of our team in the classroom and on the boards."
