Phlash, the mascot for the Green Bay Phoenix, appears at athletic and university events and may be requested for appearances at off-campus and non-university related activities.
Requests must be made two weeks prior to the event date. Due to the large number of requests, an appearance from Phlash is based on availability.
Phlash Appearance Fee:
Official UWGB Events: $25 charge
Non-Profit Organizations: $25 charge (maximum of a 20 mile radius)
For-Profit Organizations and Additional Events: $75 charge (maximum of a 20 mile radius)
Additional Rules and Regulations:
-All appearances are to be limited to one (1) hour
-A dressing room must be provided
-There must be an individual designated to assist the mascot at all times
-The suit cannot be borrowed or rented
-All appearances are contingent on the availability of the student performers. Although every effort will be made to accommodate scheduled events, Green Bay Phoenix Athletics will not be held liable for missed appearances.
