Athletics Communications Student Assistant
An Athletics Communications Student Assistant will assist the Assistant AD for Athletics Communications in telling the story of our student-athletes and athletics department as a whole. Game-day duties include statistics, social media content creation, and media relations. This position will also allow students to gain valuable office work experience leading up to game day including website maintenance, graphic design, writing, compiling historical data, and other duties as assigned. Event Assistant
Event Assistants are responsible for setting up, working and tearing down all home UWGB Athletics Events. Gameday roles can vary. Some of the roles include ticket taking, scoreboard operator, usher and others. Similarly, event assistants are responsible for setting up, working and tearing down select campus events and rentals. Front Desk Coordinator
Front Desk Coordinators will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Green Bay Athletics office. Some of the responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator are answering phones, greeting customers, organizing gear, mail pick-up, and other duties as assigned. In-Arena Host
The In-Arena Host will be directly responsible for serving as game host and in-arena personality for the Green Bay Phoenix at home men's and women's basketball teams. During games, host will execute all on-court and in-crowd promotions, both sponsored and un-sponsored, as set forth in the game-by-game script and rundown. Marketing and Fan Engagement Student Assistant
The Marketing and Fan Engagement Student Assistant will assist the Assistant AD for Marketing & Ticket Operations and Associate AD for External Operations in marketing and the enhancement of the game day experience at a Green Bay athletics event. Sound Operator/DJ
As a sound operator/DJ, you will be responsible for playing music during home UWGB Athletics Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Volleyball games. You will help create a playlist to energize both our team and the spectators. Please contact Sean Stelter,

Ticket Office Assistant
An Athletics Ticket Office Student Assistant will assist the Assistant AD for Marketing & Ticket Operations in engaging fans and driving revenue through ticket sales, and fan experience. Game-day duties include providing box office sales support and customer service. This position will also allow students to gain valuable office work experience by providing support in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to customer service, group sales, and season ticket sales. Students will have the opportunity to be on the ground level in building ticket promotion plans, group sales experiences, and other engagement opportunities to help drive revenue and connect with fans. Video Production Student Assistant
The Video Production Student Assistant will aid the Multimedia Operations Coordinator in the live production of over 50 ESPN+ broadcasts throughout the school year for volleyball, soccer, basketball, and softball games. This position will help with camera set up and tear down, and help Green Bay Athletics adhere to ESPN’s broadcasting standards in regards to shot composition, graphic use, storytelling, etc.
Skills and Qualifications –
- Basic knowledge of sports and sports broadcasting
- Strong skills expected in: organization, teamwork, communication, problem solving and dependability
- Camera experience is a plus
- Live broadcast experience or video production is a plus
- Pursuing education in broadcast media is a plus
- Knowledge of Tricaster, 3 Play, Live Book Stats, or Show Control is a plus.
