Message to the Student-Athletes
Success in any sport involves performance excellence in physical, technical, tactical, and psychological aspects. We are here to help you with the last aspect, which athletes typically say are important but do not consistently practice. Our goal is to help you build skills (e.g., confidence, concentration, communication) rather than just fixing problems. Having over 10 years of experience serving Division I student-athletes, I understand the importance of holistic performance and the process of providing support that leads to performance excellence and personal excellence for student-athletes.
