Accessible seating is provided at both the Kress and Resch Centers and held for sale to patrons who request these seats. An ADA patron is entitled to purchase up to two (2) tickets when seating allows. If ample ADA seats are not available in one location to accommodate a specific request/order, the ticket office will make its best effort to provide the next best option. If a patron needs to purchase additional seating, they are able to purchase seats in an outside section. If a patron is exchanging season ticket seats for ADA seats to a game or section that is different in price, that difference will have to be paid. To purchase ADA seats, please contact the Phoenix Ticket Office at 920-465-2625.

For all ticketed Phoenix Athletics home events, anyone over the age of two (2) requires a ticket. This policy may differ for postseason, away games, and non-Phoenix events. Always verify prior to purchase. 

Will call for home events opens 90 minutes prior to game time. A valid photo ID is required to pick up tickets at will call for all ticketed sports. Please see below for will call location information: 

• Kress Center - located inside the main doors to the right (window #1, labeled as will call only)
• Resch Center - located inside the main doors at the ticket window, window on the far left as you walk in (labeled as Green Bay Phoenix will call) 

Backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the Kress Events Center during sporting events

The Kress Events Center Concessions are now cashless. Please plan accordingly prior to game day. 

No re-sale of tickets will be allowed inside the Kress Center building. All re-sale of tickets must take place outside of the building, no exceptions. 

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If, for any reason a home game doesn’t take place, season ticket holders and individual game ticket purchasers who bought tickets directly through the Green Bay Ticket office will have three options. (if you didn’t make your purchase directly from the Green Bay Athletics, please contact the retail outlet where tickets where acquired from) 

• Receive a refund
• Credit towards a future ticket purchase

Game times and dates are subject to change. Refunds will not be made because of a time or date change. 

• Must be done prior to the game being played -In person at the Kress Center Box Office Only (Monday through Friday 9 am - 4 pm)
• Tickets must be traded in at least 24 hours prior to that games’ tip-off 
• Tickets are able to be traded in for equal value games (If a ticket is traded in for a game that is different in price, that difference will have to be paid) All games are variable priced 
• Tickets of lesser value may be exchange but no refund will be given

If you wish to have your season tickets printed, there is a $10 print fee. To keep expenses in line for all of our ticketed sports, this fee has been established to offset any costs associated with the printing of tickets. This is a standard practice across college and professional sports. 

Tickets will not be mailed out. Tickets must be picked up at the Kress Center Box Office Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm or at the Will Call window at the games.

If you wish to donate your tickets back to Green Bay Athletics, please contact the Ticket Office no later than seven days prior to the game. The ticket office will work with a local organization to put your tickets to use. (Donated tickets will not be subject to any Phoenix Fund or other Credits) 

If you have ever purchased tickets through AudienceView or received a transferred ticket, you will have an account. To find your account, go to greenbayphoenix.com/tickets and select the “My Account” button. From there, you will go to a sign in page where you can enter your email to sign in. You can either enter a password from there or receive a one-time code to the email on the account. 

Yes, as plans may change, you can transfer a ticket even if it is downloaded into your mobile wallet by logging into your AudienceView account online. Once you have initiated the transfer, the ticket in your mobile wallet will no longer be valid. Please delete the ticket from your wallet to avoid confusion at the gate.

All-In-1 is a new, exciting feature for season ticket holders for Resch Center games only. As a season ticket holder, you only need to download your ticket once into your mobile wallet. After each game the ticket will automatically update to the next event in your season ticket package, so you no longer have to have a cluttered wallet or manually download every single event.. You still have the ability to transfer or sell tickets through your Ticket Star account.

The only way to ensure your tickets are legitimate is to purchase them directly through the Green Bay Phoenix Box Office or online at https://tickets.uwgb.edu/athletics/Online/default.asp

For games played at the Resch Center, valid tickets must be purchased directly from the Resch Center Box Office or ticketstaronline.com.

If tickets are purchased through a secondary ticket site or marketplace, Green Bay Athletics cannot guarantee their validity, nor can answer questions or provide assistance regarding those purchases.
