Tom Stover is entering his 19th season as Green Bay's head men's and women's diving coach in 2023-24 after coming to Titletown in 2005.

Stover earned his eighth Coach of the Year honor between men's and women's awards. In 2012, he was tabbed the men's diving Coach of the Year. In 2011 he was named both the men's and women's diving Coach of the Year, marking the second straight year he won the award on both sides. In addition, under his tutelage, Green Bay has had over 13 NCAA Zone Regional qualifiers.

During his career at Sturgeon Bay High School, Stover coached the Clippers to three team state championships, one runner-up state finish, six sectional titles, and 20 conference crowns. He also coached 14 individuals or relays to state championships. He was named Wisconsin Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association Division 2 boys' state coach of the year in both 2003 and 2004.

Stover competed on the Winona State University diving team from 1964-1967, earning trips to the NAIA national meet in 1965 and 1967. He set the school's one-meter and three-meter diving records in 1967.

Tom and his wife, Maggie, live in Sturgeon Bay. They have three daughters: Lindsey Jo, Kayla, and Anna.
