Worth noting:
Reis was a three-year letter winner on the UW-Stevens Point Volleyball team, tallying 215.5 points (fourth on the Pointers), 79 blocks (second on the team), and 172 kills (fifth on UWSP) in 107 sets her senior season. Her 79 blocks (0.75 BPS) were also good for 10th-best in the WIAC. She is the younger sister of Dylan Derousseau, Green Bay's Assistant AD for Communications.

Derousseau will begin her first season as an assistant coach in 2023 after joining Green Bay in March of this year.

A native of Tomah, Wis., Derousseau comes to Titletown after spending one season as an assistant coach at Division III Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Knights, who finished the season ranked eighth in the AVCA DIII Top 25 poll, clinched the regular season title, won the MIAA (Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association) tournament, and advanced to the regional final of the NCAA Tournament.

While in Grand Rapids, Derousseau coached club volleyball for FaR Out Volleyball Club. She also coached U13s, U14s, and U16s with Wisconsin Ice Volleyball Club from 2019-2022.

Derousseau graduated from UW-Stevens Point in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness with a Minor in Business Administration.
