University of Wisconsin Green Bay Athletics

Green Bay Athletics announced that former Phoenix women's basketball player, Callie Genke, has joined the staff as a Graduate Assistant for Development and Compliance in the fall of 2025.

Genke assists in multiple areas in the athletic department, including ticket operations, development, and compliance. Some of her primary responsibilities include collaborating with the Assistant AD for Development Jesse Smith on special events to fundraise for Phoenix Athletics and assisting with and compliance-related projects, helping to promote a NCAA rules and regulations.

The Freedom, Wisconsin native played four years for the Phoenix women's basketball team. In 2024-25, Genke averaged 8.8 points per game while shooting 43.9-percent from three point range. She was named the Horizon League Sixth Player of the Year in 2023-24.

Genke graduated from Green Bay in the Fall of 2024 with a double major -Bachelor of Management and Marketing. Genke graduated from Freedom High School in 2021.
