GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay volleyball team cruised past its in-state rival Milwaukee on Sunday afternoon, winning in straight sets and for the fourth-straight time overall in the series at the Kress Center. Seniors Adrianna Sosnowska, Megan Powers and Amber Kelly were recognized before the game for their contributions to the program as a Phoenix volleyball student-athlete.
Powers tallied a match-high 17 kills, while fellow attacker Jessica Wolf finished with 16 kills. The Phoenix trailed 23-21 late in the third set, but was able to rally and score four-straight points to earn the sweep.
