GREEN BAY, Wis. - Individual game and season tickets for the upcoming 2018-19 Green Bay basketball campaigns are on sale now. Fans can purchase both men's and women's basketball tickets by going online at GreenBayPhoenix.com to select their seats or by calling the Green Bay Athletics Ticket Office at 920-465-2625.

Head coach Linc Darner will lead the Phoenix into the 50th season in program history in 2018-19, which will officially begin on Tuesday, Nov. 6 in the regular season-opener against Wisconsin Lutheran. GB will host Michigan Tech at the Kress Center prior to that on Nov. 1, playing in its lone exhibition game. The schedule features 15 home games, which includes nine Horizon League games, five non-conference games and one exhibition contest. The team will also play five games at the Kress Center this season and 10 at the Resch Center.

Already weeks into official team practice, the countdown to Green Bay women's basketball season opener on Tuesday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m. at home against Northwestern is underway. The Phoenix, under the direction of head coach Kevin Borseth, will host UW-Stevens Point (Oct. 24) and UW-Eau Claire (Oct. 30) in exhibition play leading up to the start of the regular season. The regular-season schedule features 14 home games, five nonconference matchups in addition to the nine league games.

In an effort create a better gameday experience, the department has put together a full schedule with individual game promotions, which includes giveaways, special theme nights, ticket and concession discounts, and other in-game entertainment throughout the season.

New in 2018-19, GB students can enjoy a party deck atmosphere for all games at the Kress Center when classes are in session. Students will receive special pricing on beverage and food items in that area, while continuing to receive free admission to all home games at both the Kress and Resch Center. Students will also have the opportunity to ride a bus for free to and from the Resch Center for all home games.
