READY FOR RIVALRY
Green Bay now has a stretch of four games that will all be played against fellow Wisconsin opponents. Two games will be played at home against Wisconsin and UW-Parkside while two games will be played at Marquette and Milwaukee. Green Bay owns an all-time record of 117-47 against the three division I teams hailing from Wisconsin.
IN-STATE RIVALRY
Green Bay is currently on the losing end of the all-time series with Wisconsin, owning a 14-20 record against the Badgers. Recent history has been kind to the Phoenix, who has won seven of the past nine matchups. Both of GB's two losses within the past nine years were decided by less than five points. This could be an indication that the next contest between these two teams will be a close one.
SCOUTING THE BADGERS
Wisconsin started its season off to a hot 6-0 start, beating teams such as Milwaukee and IUPUI along the way. Senior Marsha Howard leads the Badgers and ties for 14th in the Big Ten with 13.4 points per game. She is also Wisconsin's leading rebounder, ranking sixth in the Big Ten conference with 9.7 boards per game. Wisconsin has since lost two-straight games, bringing the Badgers current record to 6-2.
