GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- The Green Bay athletics department has released the complete men's and women's basketball promotional schedules, which is riddled with giveaways, themed games, as well as tickets and concessions specials.
The Green Bay men's basketball team kicks things off on Saturday, Oct. 19 with its annual Green vs. White Scrimmage at the Kress Center at 10 a.m., with the event's festivities FREE and open to the public. The scrimmage features complimentary popcorn and beverages along with raffles for Phoenix gear throughout the scrimmage.

Next on the slate will be a women's basketball exhibition with Michigan Tech on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m., where the Phoenix will host the first-ever Yooper Night at the Kress Center. Tickets purchased in advance will be given a discounted rate of $9.06 in honor of the Upper Peninsula's area code. Concessions will also be serving pasties and the game's giveaway is schedule posters and magnets.

The 2019-20 seasons will once again include the annual Prevea PinkZone and BlackOut Cancer games with youth jersey giveaways, while also including a retro jersey giveaway for adults at both men and women.

Additionally, all men's and women's games played over the holiday break (Including Dec. 21 through Jan. 19 games) will offer FREE tickets to all area high school students. Students simply show their high school ID at the ticket window to receive their free complimentary ticket.

Fans are encouraged to be on the lookout for the 2^nd-annual wiener dog race registration, which will take place at the Dec. 14 men's basketball game against Evansville at the Resch Center.
