GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- The Green Bay women's soccer program has unveiled its 2019 fall schedule, the first season with head coach Jason Spain at the helm of the program. The schedule is comprised of 18 games, five of which will be played within the friendly confines of Aldo Santaga Stadium.

The nonconference season totals nine matchups, with an additional three exhibitions on the slate. The trio of exhibition pairings will all be played within the gates of Aldo Santaga Stadium, as the Phoenix will see its first action against Viterbo on August 8^th with kickoff slated for midnight. Green Bay will also welcome Loyola (Aug. 11) and Manitoba (Aug 13) in exhibition play.

The Phoenix will open the season against former Horizon League foe, Valparaiso, on Friday, Aug. 23 in Valparaiso, Ind. GB will play its next three games on the road before returning to Green Bay for its home opener on Friday, Sept. 6 versus Northern State.

Green Bay will take the pitch in Madison against in-state rival Wisconsin on Sunday, Sept. 8 and will return home for its league-opener on Friday, Sept. 20 for a pairing with Cleveland State. The league season will then take the Phoenix on the road for matchups at Detroit Mercy (Sept. 28) and Milwaukee (Oct. 2).

Green Bay returns home on Saturday, Oct. 5 to face off with Wright State before heading to Youngstown State on Oct. 12. The Phoenix will host Senior Day on Saturday, Oct. 19 against Oakland before concluding its home slate on Wednesday, Oct. 23 against UIC.

Green Bay will wrap up the regular season with road matchups at Northern Kentucky (Oct. 26) and IUPUI (Nov. 1).
