GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay men's basketball program has its full 2019-20 schedule complete, including all 18 Horizon League games announced by the league office on Tuesday.

The Phoenix will open its Horizon League slate by visiting the defending regular-season champions in Wright State, facing the Raiders on Saturday, Dec. 28. GB will follow that with a trip to Northern Kentucky, the 2019 Horizon League Tournament champions, before playing its next five games in a row at home.  

GB will then host UIC, IUPUI, Milwaukee, Oakland and Detroit Mercy, starting a stretch of seven out of nine games at home. Subsequently, a five-game road trip follows the NKU and Wright State homestand to close out January and kickstart February.

Looking to end on a positive note before the league tournament, Youngstown State and Cleveland State visit Green Bay to wrap up the regular season. The season finale against CSU will be the annual Krash the Kress game, also serving as senior day for the program's five seniors (ShanQuan Hemphill, JayQuan McCloud, Josh McNair, Kameron Hankerson, Cody Schwartz).

Whether or not GB will be featured on one of the national ESPN networks throughout the league season will be announced at a later date.

A few notes on Green Bay's 2019-20 schedule:

• GB will play 15 games at home and 17 games on the road, including one exhibition contest
• GB is scheduled to play six regular season games at the Kress Center, and eight at the Resch Center
• GB faces both a five-game homestand and a five-game road trip in Horizon League play
• GB will play six games at home in January
• GB will open HL play on the road for the third time in four years
• GB will play five teams that made the NCAA Tournament last year (Purdue, Wisconsin, Colgate, UCF, Northern Kentucky)
• GB will play St. Norbert for the first time since 2012
• GB will play three of its first four games of the season on the road
• This will be the fourth time in five seasons GB will end the regular season at home, since the HL went to travel partners in 2015-16
