GREEN BAY --- Now is the time to become a Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball season ticket holder! The Athletic Department is excited to announce a special promotion for both returning and new men's basketball season ticket holders, offering a "Zone A Seat for Price of Zone B" through August 31, 2020. For only $195, fans will receive a season ticket for 15 Phoenix home games, which includes 14 regular season games against all Division I opponents and one exhibition contest.

The program officially welcomed recently-introduced head men's basketball coach Will Ryan, the eighth head coach in program history. To help welcome Coach Ryan to Green Bay, fans can take advantage of this great price for any available seat in either Zone A or Zone B at the Resch Center this season. 

To reserve your spot and lock-in the $195 price for 15 games, simply fill out the online form at the link below. A GB or TicketStar office representative will reach out to those fans interested beginning in July, which is also when renewals will be sent for those who had season tickets last season. The special promo price will apply to both renewals and new buyers. This price is not valid for VIP/Courtside season ticket holders. 

The Phoenix will open the regular season on Nov. 14 against Montana State, and will also host Eastern Illinois, Northern Illinois and Mercer in the nonconference portion of the schedule. GB will play 10 Horizon League home games as well. All games in 2020-21 are scheduled to be played at the Resch Center, where reigning HL Freshman of the Year Amari Davis and senior point guard PJ Pipes will lead the new-look Phoenix.

Why should I buy Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball season tickets?
The program is excited to enter a new era of GB basketball, under the leadership of head coach Will Ryan. There is no better time than now to get behind the team and the University. On top of the exciting new brand of basketball, season ticket holders get 15 games for only $13 a game. Individual tickets, before any fees, will start at $19 a piece for Zone A. That counts for a $90 savings over the course of a season, plus the option to pick your seat and have the same seat for all 15 games. Additionally, season ticket holders will receive special invitations to private events with the team, appreciation nights, special gifts and more. There is no better time to join the Phoenix fun at a great price!

I purchased season tickets last year, does this promotional price still apply to me?
YES! This special price is good for all seats in Zone A or Zone B, to both those renewing and those who are first-time buyers.

I am a current season ticket holder, when will my renewals be sent?
Renewals will be distributed in July, and the promo price will be reflected on your account online until August 31. 

So I fill out this form, now what should I do?
Just sit tight for now! Starting in July, likely the week after the 4th of July holiday weekend, someone will contact you in regards to your submission. At that time, we will discuss seat selection, number of tickets, special requests, billing, etc. 

What happens if the season is cut short, or fans are restricted due to COVID-19? 
Any game that is canceled for any reason, COVID-19 or not, will result in a full refund for that specific game. While this might not have happened in the past, Green Bay Athletics guarantees a full refund if a game is not played. If the season is shortened, season ticket holders will receive a refund for the remaining games that were not played. 

Will I be required to wear a mask? What about social distancing? 
A lot is still to be determined between now and the start of the season in late October. Green Bay Athletics and PMI Entertainment will do everything in its power to keep its fans and spectators healthy and safe. PPE (personal protective equipment) requirements will be followed in accordance with state and local regulations, along with any University guidelines. The next few months will shed a better light on the necessary guidelines for the season.

I would like to be a new season ticket holder this year. When I can pick my seats?
As we mentioned above, when you are contacted in July about your interest, we can then begin the seat selection process. 

Where will the men's basketball games be played this year? 
As of this posting, the plan is for all 15 home games in 2020-21 to be played at the Resch Center. 

Is there a limit to the number of seats I can purchase at this promo price?
The simple answer is, no. But remember, the more tickets you would like the harder it might be to find that many seats in a row. We will do everything we can to accommodate. The more season tickets you have, the more fun for you and your friends and family!

When will the full schedule be released? 
As was the case in past years, Green Bay cannot release its full Horizon League schedule until the league makes that announcement. Typically, that release comes in August or September. Non-conference games will be released in the coming weeks, with a few already having been announced. 

Ok, but I still have some other questions. Is there someone I can talk to?
With campus closed through June 30, the ticket office will not be staffed until July. At that time, someone will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily by phone or email. Of course, you can always email phoenixtickets@uwgb.edu and you will get a response when staffing is in place.
