GREEN BAY, WI --The Green Bay volleyball team could not beat a potent Raiders offense Sunday at home losing to Wright State in three sets (15-25, 20-25, 18-25).
The loss dropped Green Bay's record to 7-10 overall and 2-3 in Horizon play.
Alexandra Zakutney finished with eight kills on the day to lead the Phoenix offense. GB got 11 digs from Zakutney to lead them defensively.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Phoenix found themselves in an early deficit, dropping a tough first set 25-15. Green Bay trailed by as many as 11 points as Wright State grabbed the advantage for good at 2-1 in a set that was notted up just once before the Raiders took control.
SET 2 | A 25-20 set-two loss put Green Bay in a 2-0 deficit in the match. Wright State grabbed the advantage for good at 15-14 in a set that was knotted up five times before the Raiders took over in the second half of the stanza.
SET 3 | Green Bay couldn't prolong the match and lost in set number three. The Phoenix lost a tough set 25-18. Green Bay trailed by as many as eight points as Wright State grabbed the advantage for good at 5-4 in a set that was tied up two times before the Raiders took over the lead.
