MATCHUP HISTORY
Green Bay is seeking to get back to .500 against Creighton, tallying a 3-4 record in the first seven matchups against the Bluejays. GB has lost the last two and four of the last five in the all-time series. The Phoenix has averaged 66.86 points per game against the Bluejays all-time.

ABOUT THE BLUEJAYS
Morgan Maly and Mallory Brake are the two names to watch for. Maly, one of Creighton's six seniors, paces the team in points per game (20.0) and rebounds per game (7.5), providing a spark to Creighton's offense, which has averaged 78 points through the team's first two contests. Brake, another senior, helps on the defensive end of the floor, leading the Bluejays in steals per game (3.0) and blocks per game (1.5).

GO OFF GENKE
Junior guard Callie Genke had a day to remember during the team's 88-62 win over Illinois State last Saturday. Genke was scorching hot from the floor, shooting 9-of-14 overall and 5-of-9 from beyond the arc, totaling a career-high 26 points. The Wrightstown, Wisconsin native also crashed the boards well, grabbing a career-best six rebound to lead all players. Genke's 26 points were the most in a single-game for the Phoenix since Hailey Oskey against Cleveland State on 2/26/22.

RACE TO 800
Head Coach Kevin Borseth is quickly closing in on 800 career wins. Borseth began his career in 1987 with Division II institution Michigan Tech, winning a whopping 225 contests in 11 seasons. The 2023 Horizon League Coach of the Year has racked up 482 wins in his time in Green Bay, recording a win percentage of 77.6 in two decades with the Phoenix. In between his stints in Titletown, Borseth went 87-73 at Big Ten foe Michigan. Borseth needs just five wins to reach the milestone.

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS
The Phoenix once again boast a roster of mostly homegrown talent. Of the 13 players on the roster, 10 are from the dairyland. Only Maren Westin (Becker, Minn.), Sophie Lahti (Pine City, Minn.), and Jenna Guyer (Circle Pines, Minn.) are not from Wisconsin.

WELCOME TO TITLETOWN
Green Bay welcomes four newcomers to the 2023-24 squad. The Phoenix bring a trio of true freshmen (Maren Westin, Sophie Lahti, and Meghan Schultz) and one transfer (Natalie Andersen, IUPUI). Westin and Andersen are guards, while Lahti and Schultz bring height to the forward position. Schultz stands at six feet, four inches, surpassing Kendall Renard as the tallest player on the team.
