Seven of the 13 rostered players for Green Bay are of senior or graduating status. Miah Meyer, Cassie Schiltz, Natalie McNeal, Callie Genke, Jasmine Kondrakiewicz, Bailey Butler, and Maddy Schreiber are combining for over 700 career games when the game against Kansas State tips off. Green Bay's seven seniors is the most since the 2019-20 season when the program had four.

2. THERE'S A BUZZ IN TOWN
Kayla Karius announced the addition of transfer guard Ellie Buzzelle on May 30. Buzzelle came to Titletown from Eastern Illinois after spending her first collegiate season at Grand Canyon University. Buzzelle burst onto the scene last season with EIU, playing in 33 games (32 starts) while averaging 9.8 points per game and shooting 36.4 percent from the field. She also made 36.5 percent of her three-point attempts (70 of 192), which ranked second in the OVC in three-point percentage. Buzzelle was a four-year starter at Rogers High School and was an All-Conference performer as a sophomore and junior. A member of the Minnesota Fury AAU Team, she helped lead the team to the UAA National Championships in the Summer of 2022.

3. MAKIN' MCNEAL
Natalie McNeal returns to the Phoenix in 2024 after playing a cruicial role in Green Bay's success last season. She paced the Green and White in field goals made and attempted, free throws made and attempted, points, and rebounds last year. McNeal dropped a career-high 32 against Cleveland State in the Horizon League Championship Game in March, helping the Phoenix punch its ticket to a 19th NCAA Tournament berth.

4. SHARP-SHOOTIN' SCHREIBER
Senior guard/forward Maddy Schreiber is another returnee for the Phoenix. In 2023-24, she finished 162-of-293 overall (55.3 percent) while drilling 41 of 97 three-points attempts (42.3 percent). She was also sharp from the charity stripe, knocking down 45 of 55 free throw attempts (81.8 percent). Maddy was second on the team in points per game (12.1), only trailing McNeal.
