INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Wednesday afternoon, the Horizon League announced the Valeo women's basketball All-Academic Teams. Bailey Butler and Natalie McNeal were selected from Green Bay, marking the only team with multiple student-athletes to garner the honor.

McNeal has been the leading charge for GB's offense, averaging team highs in points (13.4 PPG) and rebounds (6.9 RPG). Natalie scored a career-high 30 points in Green Bay's loss to Cleveland State on February 3rd, and a career-high 16 rebounds in Green Bay's win over Northern Kentucky on February 8th. She has racked up 16 rebounds three times in her career, all with the Phoenix.

Junior Bailey Butler leads Green Bay in assists with 5.3 per game, which clocks in at 30th in the country. Butler's 2.14 steals per game also lead the Phoenix while knocking down 90.4 percent of her free throws. Butler had career-highs in rebounds and assists with 10 each in the team's victory over Oakland on February 22nd, and a career-high with 20 points in the team's win over NKU on January 5th.

The Horizon League recognizes student-athletes with seasonal Academic All-League Teams in each of its 19 championship sports. To be eligible for Horizon League All-Academic consideration, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher (based on a 4.00 scale), have completed at least one year at the member institution, have earned 24 semester-hour or 36 quarter-hour credits, and participate in 50 percent of the team's overall contests.
