KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches has announced the 2023-24 NABC Division I All-District Teams and named Green Bay junior guard
Noah Reynolds to the District 12 First Team. The All-District honors are voted on by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division I.
Reynolds is just the third player in Phoenix history to receive NABC All-District honors, and first since Green Bay's transition to Division I. Tom Anderson and Ron Ripley both received All-District honors in the late 1970's.
The Peoria, Ill., native was named the Horizon League Newcomer of the Year and All-League First Team earlier this year. Reynolds finished the season averaging 20.0 points (eighth-highest mark in a single season in GB history), 4.5 assists, and 3.7 rebounds per game. Reynolds' numbers were even better in HL games. Reynolds scored 21.4 points and 4.7 assists in conference games, which is the second-most in each category. Reynolds scored in double figures in 23 of his 27 games played and led the Horizon League with six 30+ point games. He poured in a career-high 39 points in GB's Dec. 29 home win against Wright State. 39 points is tied for the sixth-most in a single game in program history.
