GREEN BAY, Wis. – Dennis Harrington has been named the Director of Operations for the Green Bay men's basketball team, Doug Gottlieb announced Wednesday afternoon.
Harrington comes to Titletown from St. Thomas, where he was recently the Special Assistant to the Head Coach under Johnny Tauer. He spent two seasons with the Tommies, helping in scouting, video breakdown, analytics, coordination of recruiting, and general operations. Prior to his time in Minneapolis, Harrington spent four seasons at DePauw University as an assistant coach. He helped the Tigers go 54-37 during his time, which included a top-10 ranking in the final Division III poll in 2021.
After working at the high school level for three years, Harrington got his first collegiate coaching opportunity at Saint Elizabeth University in Morristown, New Jersey. He graduated from Marquette University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Harrington is a Long Beach Island, New Jersey native.
