BIRMINGHAM, Mich. – The Green Bay Phoenix golf team wrapped up its fall schedule as Champions of the Motor City Matchup, taking down Detroit Mercy on Monday before downing Central Michigan today in match play.

DAY ONE
GB was matched up with Detroit Mercy in the events opening round, winning eight points to four. The Green Bay men dominated the day, winning four matches, tying one, and losing one out of six matches for 4.5 of GB's eight points. Riley Pechinski, Ellie Frisch, and Keanna Keen also won their matchups to secure the Phoenix win.

DAY TWO
Central Michigan won their match on day one over Chicago State to set up their matchup with Green Bay today. The Championship match was a close one, with Green Bay edging out the Chips seven to five. On Tuesday, the GB women picked up the bulk of the points with three outright wins and a pair of ties to secure four of their seven points. Brett Wieland Logan Pechinski, and Lincoln Hottmann all picked up wins as well.
