No matter who I spoke with, I felt a genuine connection, and every conversation made me want to keep building those relationships. I have been attending Green Bay games for as long as I can remember, and I am constantly impressed by the fans and the unwavering support of the community. "I chose UW-Green Bay because the women's basketball program harbors a strong sense of genuine support. From the moment I began building a relationship with the coaching staff, I felt a culture built on discipline, teamwork, and inclusivity. I had some obstacles that I had to overcome in my high school basketball career, and the whole coaching staff was extremely supportive and helped me through a lot. I wanted to be a part of a program that will push me to develop on the court, but off the court as well. I also admire the enthusiasm of the fans and the pride that the community takes in supporting the team. UW-Green Bay also provides an ideal academic pathway that makes this decision more meaningful. After meeting my future teammates, I could see the chemistry and the shared values that make up this program, and I knew that Green Bay was the right place for me as a player and as a person."

Kyrin has shown leadership since the minute she walked in as a freshman. She leads by example with how she practices and deals with situations as well as being a vocal leader, making sure she is supporting her teammates and getting the best version out of them. She shows great dedication and perseverance by always pushing herself to be better in all aspects of a student athlete, whether it is in a classroom or overcoming an injury she is always determined and driven to be at her best."
