ABOUT THE VIKINGS
Cleveland State dropped a close contest last Thursday at Northern Kentucky but responded well with a win at Purdue Fort Wayne on Saturday, helping the Phoenix jump ahead of PFW for first place in the conference standings. Mickayla Perdue and Sara Guerreiro are having a fantastic season for the Vikings. The former paces CSU in points (20.1 PPG) and steals (1.4 SPG), while the latter guides the Vikings in rebounds (8.0 RPG) and assists (4.4 APG). Head Coach Chris Kielsmeier is nearing 150 wins at the helm of CSU's program, boasting a 146-66 record entering Wednesday's contest.

Following its 66-52 victory over Cleveland State on January 30 at the Kress Center, GB is 73-11 all-time against Cleveland State. GB has won three of the last 4 meetings, including the last two. Green Bay has also found success when playing in Cleveland, recording a 31-5 record. The Phoenix has won 20 of the past 23 meetings on the road against CSU. 1. SHINING SCHREIBER
Maddy Schreiber has been excellent for the Phoenix in six games since her return from injury at the end of January. Playing all six games off of the bench, Schreiber has scored eight or more points in the last five contests, including 18 against Robert Morris on February 8. In GB's last game on Saturday at Detroit Mercy, Schreiber played 30 minutes, the most since her return, while tallying five assists, the second-most this season.

2. McNEAL VS. CLEVELAND STATE
Natalie McNeal went off for a season-high 24 points in the victory over the Vikings on January 30. In seven career games against CSU, Nat averages 20.86 PPG, 8.3 RPG, and 64.9 percent shooting from the field (61-94). She has scored at least 16 points in all but one of the seven games she's played against CSU, while grabbing at least seven rebounds in all but one game (including at least eight rebounds in all but two).

3. 1,000 TIMES 2
Maddy Schreiber is nearing a very special career accolade. She needs just 18 points to eclipse 1,000 career points. Natalie McNeal surpassed the same milestone as a member of the Green Bay Phoenix in just under three seasons with the program last Saturday.

4. JUST KEEP WINNING
Green Bay's 16-game winning streak is the longest since the 2012-13 season, when the Phoenix rattled off a whopping 24 consecutive victories. GB had a 13-game winning streak in 2022-23 and 2015-16, which was surpassed last Saturday versus Robert Morris. GB's 16-game winning streak is also tied for the fourth-longest in the country.

5. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Callie Genke celebrates her birthday on Friday. We wish her well.
