ABOUT THE MASTODONS
It'll be a matchup of the Horizon League's best scoring offense in PFW and the League's best scoring defense in GB on Tuesday. Lauren Ross is part of the Mastodons' high-powered offense, averaging just shy of 16 points per game. A team that has thrived on the three-ball this season, PFW drilled 15 three-pointers on Monday afternoon in the semifinal round against Cleveland State. Sydney Freeman, who's another threat from beyond the arc, paces the Mastodons in assists (2.6 APG) and steals (1.9 SPG).

Green Bay has been really good against PFW all-time, leading the series 13-1. The only loss came earlier this season, a one-point defeat on the road. GB averages just over 70 points per game against the Mastodons. The Phoenix has defended PFW well historically, surrendering 65 or more points just four times. Green Bay is 2-0 against PFW at the Corteva Coliseum (formerly Indiana Farmers Coliseum), having beaten PFW in the semifinals in each of the last two seasons. The Green and White's average margin of victory in those two contests is +6.5.

1. SHARP-SHOOTIN' SCHREIBER
Maddy Schreiber eclipsed 1,000 career points after splashing a pair of free throws against Milwaukee on February 22. Schreiber is scoring at a career rate of 12.8 points per game. She had her best scoring gamesince returning from injury in GB's quarterfinal contest against Oakland, where she racked up 21 points in just 20 minutes of action. Those 21 points were just four shy of her career-high of 25, set earlier this season at UIC. Since her return from injury on January 30 against Cleveland State, she has come off the bench in all 10 games, scoring at least nine points in all but three games.

2. SEEING DOUBLE
Natalie McNeal recorded her 13th career double-double in Monday's semifinal against Robert Morris (20 points, 12 rebounds). Her 20 points were a game-high, while her 12 rebounds also led all players. She reached 700 career rebounds on February 6 against Youngstown State.

3. INDY CONNECTIONS
Green Bay Assistant Coach/Director of Player Development Shay Frederick and PFW head coach Maria Marchesano both graduated from Butler University, located on the northwest side of Indianapolis just two miles from Corteva Coliseum. Frederick received her master's in strategic communications in 2023, while Marchesano earned a bachelor's in integrated communications in 2005.
