Head Coach Chandler McCabe, in her first season ever as a HC, has guided her Colonials to a semifinal appearance. Robert Morris has recently caught fire, winning their last three games, including a 70-57 win over fifth-seeded Northern Kentucky last Thursday in the quarterfinal round. RMU has several players that can make an impact on the game, including Noa Givon's team-leading 10.7 PPG. Mya Murray is good for one block per game and also paces the Colonials in rebounds with 5.5 RPG. Jada Lee gets the job done on both ends of the floor, pacing Robert Morris in assists (2.7 APG) and steals (1.4 SPG).

Green Bay is seeking more perfection against Robert Morris, boasting an 8-0 record against RMU heading into Monday's semifinal contest. GB averages 66.6 points per game against the Colonials.. The Green and White has never surrendered more than 54 points in any game against RMU, with the Colonials having scored 50 or more only twice. Monday's semifinal marks the first postseason contest between the two squads. In the most recent matchup between the Colonials and Phoenix, Maddy Schreiber led all players with 18 points. No Colonials reached double figures as the Phoenix walloped RMU 71-39.

1. MIAH MAKING A WAY
Senior guard Miah Meyer has served as a great compliment to fellow point guard Bailey Butler. Meyer is second on the team with 86 assists, only trailling Butler's 151. Miah has also tallied 22 steals and a career-high five blocks this season. Upon checking into the game on Monday, Meyer will play in her 33rd contest this season, the most she's played in any season of her career.

2. SCHILTZ AT THE STRIPE
Cassie Schiltz is having a stellar season. She ranks third in program history with 193 made three-pointers. Schiltz can move into second all-time with four more triples. She scored her 1,000th career point on a three-pointer in the semifinal round last year against Purdue Fort Wayne. The Luxemburg, Wisconsin native has been even more sensational at the charity stripe, where she is 33-for-33 on the season. She has made 55 consecutive free throws, dating back to January 13, 2024 against Robert Morris.

3. THE GREAT GENKE
Senior guard Callie Genke is having a stellar season. She is shooting a career-best 48.99 percent, career-best 44.2 percent from beyond the arc, career-best 85 percent from the charity stripe, and is averaging a career-high 9.03 points per contest. Genke has nearly as many rebounds (263) as she does made field goals (266)  in her career. Should she be in the starting lineup for the semifinal contest, it will be her 50th career start.

4. JUST KEEP WINNING
Green Bay's 20-game winning streak is the longest since the 2012-13 season, when the Phoenix rattled off a whopping 24 consecutive victories. GB had a 13-game winning streak in 2022-23 and 2015-16, which was surpassed on February 8 versus Robert Morris. GB's current 20-game winning streak is currently the third-longest in the country.

5. YOU BUTLER WATCH OUT
Bailey Butler is having a remarkable senior campaign. She finished the regular season as the team leader in assists and steals. Butler was named Defensive Player of the Year and, alongside teammate Jasmine Kondrakiewicz, was also tabbed to the All-Defensive Team. She will finish her collegiate career having earned at least two All-League awards every season. The South Wayne, Wisconsin native is one of seven seniors on the team. The win against Oakland last Thursday was the 100th victory she's been part of in her career.
