GREEN BAY, Wis. - Preston Ruedinger poured in 24 points as the Green Bay Basketball team rolled to a 75-59 win over IU Indy Friday night at the Kress Center.

The Phoenix (9-8, 4-2) finished with three in double figures, led by Ruedinger's 24 points. LeBron Thomas also tacked on 16 points from the bench, and C.J. O'Hara chipped in with 14 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and two steals.

Green Bay out-rebounded IU Indy 47-32 in Friday's game, led by 12 boards from Marcus Hall.

IU Indy (4-14, 0-7) was led by Jaxon Edwards with 18 points to go with six rebounds. Kyler D'Augustino added 15 points, five rebounds, and five assists. 59 points mark the second-lowest output for the Jaguars this season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The two teams traded leads for a majority of the first half, as the Phoenix led 25-24 with 5:22 remaining in the period. Green Bay went on a 13-0 run to end the first half, finished off by a last-second bucket from Hall to give themselves a 38-24 lead heading into the break.

Green Bay led by as many as 21 points in the second half; however, IU Indy sparked a late comeback, going on a 9-2 run to cut the Phoenix lead to 10 at 65-55., Green Bay responded, outscoring the Jaguars 11-4 to end the game, including six for six free throws, to seal the 75-59 win.

» The Phoenix held the Jaguars to only 31.9-percent shooting from the field.
