Coach Spoehr on Mikkelson: “Tessa is an outstanding athlete and her versatility will add a lot of depth to this team. Her understanding in the importance of giving your best effort every play will continue to make her and everyone else around her better. She is a bright, motivated, and talented young woman with endless possibilities here at Green Bay. We are so thrilled to have a player like her become part of this program.”

Mikkleson on Green Bay: “When I first visited Green Bay, I fell in love with the campus. I had a chance to visit with a professor and knew I wanted to come here.  Academics are very important to me and being able to play softball is a major plus.  It’s been a dream of mine to be able to play college softball and Division 1 is an added bonus. I'm looking forward to playing for Coach Spoehr.”
