2011 Season

  • Best time in a 8K race in the 2011 season was 30:35.4 at the Parkside Open on Sept. 10.

2010 Season

  • Best time in a 6K race in the 2010 season was 22:26 at the Crusader Open on Sept. 3.

  • Best time in a 8K race in the 2010 season was 28:48.82 at the Horizon Leauge Championships on Oct. 30.

2008 Season

  • Ran in just three races for the Phoenix due to injury

  • Began college career with a 54th-place finish at DePaul Opener

  • Competed at the Horizon League Championships

  • Honorable mention All-Mississippi Valley Conference as a senior at Onalaska High School
