Simeon Parker will join the Phoenix this season as a walk-on, entering his freshman season at Green Bay. Parker is a graduate of Madison West High School, where he averaged 15.4 PPG his senior season. He scored a team-high 27 points in his team's WIAA Division I Tournament loss to #4 Muskego, coming up short in OT.
