Brittany Baneck joined Green Bay as an Assistant Coach in September of 2025.
Baneck returns to her alma mater after spending the last two seasons on staff as the lead assistant and pitching coach at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. During the 2025 season, Brittany played an instrumental role in helping the Pointers softball team return to the NCAA Tournament while also making their first ever Super Regional appearance. During her first season with the Pointers in 2024, she helped guide them to a record finishing 32 wins, including an NCAA Tournament appearance for the first time since 2007. She helped guide three First Team All-Conference pitchers, two All-Region First Teamers, one All-American Second Team, and one WIAC Pitcher of the Year.
Baneck returns to UW-Green Bay after completing her playing career for the Phoenix in 2023. During her career, Baneck was a Second Team All-Horizon League member in 2022 and was also named pitcher of the week in consecutive weeks in 2023. After her playing career, Baneck took her talents overseas and played in Sweden during the summer of 2023. Prior to coaching at the collegiate level, Baneck served as a coach for Impact Sports Academy since 2017.
Baneck earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from UW-Green Bay in May 2022 and her master's degree in Applied Leadership from UWGB in May 2023.
