  • Named second-team All-Horizon League

  • Started all 33 games, averaging 27.5 minutes per game

  • Led the team and ranked fourth in the league in steals with 80, a figure that ranks 10th on the schools individual season record list

  • Second ont he team in assists with 84

  • Led the team in free throws made (98), the ninth-most on the school's individual season records list

  • Also ranked eighth in the Horizon League in free throw percentage (.748)

  • Led team in scoring five times, all of which were 14 points or more

  • Topped team in assists seven times and in rebounds on four occasions

  • Placed third on team in scoring, averaging 10.2 points per game

  • Scored a season-high 21 points at Valpo on Feb. 26

  • Grabbed a career-high eight rebounds vs. Butler Jan. 29

  • Snared career-high six steals twice: at Milwaukee (Jan. 4) and Wright State (Feb. 12)

2007-08 Season

  • Played 30 games as a redshirt freshman

  • Averaged 16.6 minutes per game as the team's top reserve at point guard

  • Led the team with five steals against Northern Illinois Nov. 28

  • Was the team's highest scoring reserve with 4.9 points per game

  • Made six of her first seven three-point field goal attempts as a collegian

  • Had a season-best 10 points against Arizona Dec. 20

  • Went 6-for-6 from the free throw line against Milwaukee March 1

  • Missed two games late in the year with a hand injury

2006-07 Season

  • Redshirted the 2006-07 season

  • Retained four years of eligibility, beginning with the 2007-08 year


HIGH SCHOOL


  • As a senior, earned third-team all-state honors after averaging 18.0 points and 7.0 rebounds for Hortonville

  • Selected as Valley 8 Player of the Year

  • Tabbed first-team all-area

  • Appleton Post-Crescent Female Athlete of the Year afer a stellar senior season in basketball, volleyball and softball

  • Joined with current teammate Heather Golden on the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association All-Star North Team

  • Three-time first-team all-conference

  • Also excelled in volleyball and softball, earning honorable mention all-state honors in both sports as a senior

  • Three-time all-conference selection in softball

  • Prep basketball coach was Dave Janssen

  • Parents are Dean and Donna Hoewisch

  • Has two older sisters, Kaylin and Crystal, a younger sister, Karen, and a younger brother, Garrett

  • Older sister Crystal played basketball at Carroll College in Waukesha, Wis. and younger sister Karen currently plays there

  • Major is human biology

  • Engaged to be married in August 2011
