Sarah Bronk is going into her 18th season with the Green Bay women's basketball team. She is responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts, along with the development of the team's post players.

Arriving in Green Bay during the 2007-08 season, Bronk has been a part of leading the Phoenix to 11 consecutive Horizon League regular-season titles, seven conference tournament titles, 10 NCAA Tournaments, and two WNIT Tournament appearances. She was also a part of the coaching staff that led the program to an NCAA Sweet 16 run in 2010-11 and was a key part in recruiting two Blue Star Basketball Top 50 nationally-ranked classes (2009, 2014).

Her players have collected numerous postseason honors, including five Horizon League Cecil N. Coleman Medal of Honor awards, four Chancellor's Leadership Medallions, three CoSIDA Academic All-District, 41 All-Conference, and three All-Americans. 

As a teacher, Bronk taught for two years at St. Peter before moving to Dover-Eyota High School, where she spent six years as the girl's basketball and softball coach. She has also served in similar capacities at Winona Cotter (Minn.) High School and St. Peter (Minn.) High School. Bronk arrived in Green Bay following six years at Dover-Eyota.

As a student-athlete, Bronk was a three-year letter winner for the St. Thomas Tommies in softball and aided her team in two NCAA regional appearances. She currently resides in Green Bay.
