After joining the program in 2015, Lee Reinke is entering his 10th season as the Director of Men's and Women's Golf at Green Bay in 2024-25. Reinke has elevated the GB golf programs on a regional and national level during his time as head coach. A total of seven players have earned All-Horizon League selections during his tenure. Before moving into the full-time role of head coach in October 2015, Reinke served as the Assistant Director at the University Union and General Manager at Shorewood Golf Course for six years.

Reinke has helped put the Green Bay golf programs on the collegiate map, while also recruiting some of the top talents in the state of Wisconsin and in the Midwest. The women's team won its first-ever tournament title in 2019, taking first place at the Mastodon Spring Invite in Fort Wayne, Indiana. That same team also set the program record for the best 18-hole team score and 36-hole team score. In the classroom, the women's team earned WGCA All-Academic honors after ranking 13th in the NCAA in team GPA with a 3.744, with five players landing on the All-Academic Team.

Reinke earned his first team win as head coach in 2017, winning the Chi-Town Invitational with the men. Reinke coached Joe DuChateau, one of the program's all-time greats, to five individual wins during his collegiate career. He also helped Jimmy Albright win the Chi-Town Invite in 2017 and coached his son Ryan to a 3rd place finish at the 2017 Horizon League Championships. Reinke also helped current PGA Tourist George Kneiser to a 2019 automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament in Louisville.

During the 2020-21 season, Reinke also stepped in as the program director for both the Green Bay men's and women's nordic ski teams.

Reinke is married to his high school sweetheart Beth and they have three children: Ryan, Seth, and Megan. He was a conference at Wisconsin Lutheran medalist in 1986, owns seven hole-in-ones, and is also a member of the 1,000-point club for basketball at WLC.
