Delaney McCreary

Delaney McCreary joined the Green Bay volleyball staff in spring 2019, serving as the program's assistant coach. In her role, she will assist with all of the day-to-day operations of the program, including team travel, recruiting, scouting, administrative work, and all team activities, while also holding individual and team training sessions.

In her first season as an assistant coach in 2019, McCreary was a part of Green Bay finishing with an overall record of 21-9 and 12-4 in Horizon League action.  During nonconference play, the team defeated Ohio State at the Champyinz Invitational, which was the program's first victory over a power-five school since 2015.  Additionally, the Phoenix earned a spot as a AVCA Top 50 Team for the first-time in program history and also finished the season with the 45th ranked RPI in the NCAA, the highest mark in the program's history as well.

Prior to joining the Phoenix, McCreary spent one season in her hometown as the assistant varsity coach for West Bend High School while also serving as the assistant coach for the 16 Royal Volleyball Club. While attending college, she also held several club volleyball coach positions, including head coach of the 16-1 Wisconsin Ice Volleyball Club.

As an undergraduate, McCreary played volleyball at UW-Stevens Point at the NCAA Division III level. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
