Jenna Charron joined the Phoenix Athletics department in the summer of 2025.
Charron joins the Phoenix after a little over a year as the Business Development Manager at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics in Daytona Beach, Fla., where she developed and sold creative marketing solutions while managing an annual corporate partnership book of business that exceeded $400,000. Prior to that, Charron was a Sports Marketing Intern at Embry-Riddle, and an Events Intern and Coordinator at Capture Sports and Entertainment in Waukesha, Wis.

Charron is an Appleton native and went to school at Wisconsin Lutheran College, where she graduated with a degree in Business Marketing and Management, with a Communication Minor in May of 2023. A four-year member of the WLC volleyball team, Charron served as team captain and was president of the Warriors' Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
