The Green Bay Athletics Department has announced its 2010 golf events. The
Phoenix will be hosting five events throughout the summer in an effort to raise
funds for student-athlete scholarships.
The first event will tee off Monday, June 7 at Branch River
Country Club in Manitowoc. The men's basketball team will be featured with a
shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Cost is $200 per person or $800 per foursome.
Monday, June 21 Green Bay Country Club will be the site of
the TaylorMade Pro-Am Event featuring TaylorMade-Adidas CEO/President, Mark
King. The 7:30 breakfast program will feature special guest, Packers
President/CEO, Mark Murphy. At 9:30 a
warm-up and clinic will feature TaylorMade professional golf instructor, Mike
Malaska followed by a shotgun start. A reception and live auction with Mark
King will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Cost for the event is $400/person or $1,200 for threesome
(paired with Midwest golf pro to compete in a true Pro-Am event experience). To

Tuesday, June 29 the women's basketball Fast Break Club will
host its event at Northbrook Country Club in Luxemburg. The coaching staff and
players will be featured with a shotgun start at noon. Cost is $150 per person
or $600 per foursome.

Monday, August 2 the men's basketball Dunkers Booster Club
will be featured at the Green Bay Country Club. The noon shotgun start will
cost $375 per person or $1,500 per foursome.
One week later, August 9, the men will travel to North Shore
Country Club in Appleton. The 11:00 shotgun start costs $1,000 per foursome.
