CLEVELAND, Ohio (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay women's soccer team played host to Valparaiso this evening, welcoming the Crusaders to Aldo Santaga Stadium for the fourth league contest of the season. The Phoenix owned an 11-6 advantage in shots but was unable to convert any of its attempts into goals, falling 2-0 to Valparaiso.

Emma Sloot started just the second match of her career in the phoenix net, tallying a pair of saves and allowing two goals. Mara Pfeilstifter and Hayley Fowle each recorded a shot on goal in the match.
