GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – Green Bay welcomed league-leading Milwaukee to Aldo Santaga Stadium Wednesday evening for its seventh league match of the season. The Phoenix surrendered a goal in the 16th minute of play to the Panthers' Aubrey Krahn, forcing Green Bay to play from behind early.
Katie Schulz responded to the deficit almost immediately, burying a penalty kick into the back of the Milwaukee net in the 19th minute to pull the Phoenix even. Milwaukee went on to net the eventual game winner in the 44th minute of play, moving the Panthers to 6-1 in league play.
Green Bay will return to the pitch this Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio against Cleveland State at 1 p.m.
