GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – Senior Maggie Fuller bid farewell to Aldo Santaga Stadium with her first goal of the season and the third of her career on Wednesday night as the Phoenix took the pitch against UIC. The game ended in favor of the Flames, 2-1, after Keri Birkenhead and Madison Pollard each found the back of the net to secure the come-from-behind victory.

Courtney Klatt was in goal for the Phoenix and finished the evening with four saves as the Phoenix defense faced 12 shots, seven of which were on target. UIC owned and advantage in corner kicks 6-2, with the Flames finding the game-winning goal on a corner in the 70th minute to move to 4-3 in league play.

Green Bay will travel to Detroit, Mich., this weekend for a matchup with Detroit Mercy on Saturday at 3 p.m.

30' | GB | Maggie Fuller (Unassisted): Fuller worked past the Flames' backline on the right side and fired a shot to the far side of the net that deflected off the keeper's hands, hit the post and bounced into the goal.

33' | UIC | Keri Birkenhead (Unassisted: Sent a shot to the left side of the net that was able to bounce past the goalie for the equalizer.

70' | UIC | Madison Pollard (Assist: Emily Valentine): Valentine lined up for a corner on the right side of the field and placed it on the fire side of the box where Pollard was able to rise up and send a header into the net for the game-winning goal.
