PEORIA, Ill. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Bradley Pink Classic on Friday in Peoria, Ill., at the Newman Golf Course. The men's squad secured an 8th-place finish, while the women's team raced its way to sixth overall.

Senior
Jordan Finlay paced the Phoenix men with a 47th-place finish in a time of 28:52, followed closely by teammate and fellow senior
Kevin Davis who crossed the line in just over 29 minutes.
Jasper Rosenau (29:25),
Jacob Fierst (30:07) and
Adam Plough (30:13) rounded out the top five GB men on Friday afternoon.
Alexandra Kershner nearly broke the 24-minute mark for the Phoenix women, crossing the finish line in 24:02 and placing 15th overall. Freshman
Alexia Oyer followed closely behind the Green Bay upperclassman and notched a top-20 finish with a time of 24:12.
Meta Ehlen (25:02),
Sarah Niehueser (25:31) and
Neda Mobasher (25:36) all scored for the Phoenix women in the Bradley Classic.
Next on tap for Green Bay is the Horizon League Championships in Indianapolis, Ind., on October 27.
